Helen and Lyman King

Lyman and Helen King, Rochester, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with family at a later date.

Mr. King and Helen Rentschler were married March 18, 1945, in the bride’s home by the Rev. Arthur.

The couple met while riding the same school bus to school.

She is a retired homemaker, and he is a retired farmer.

Their children are Arthur and Kathleen King, Twelve Mile; Rosemary and Bruce Scales, and Don and Ellen King, all of Rochester; and Bob and Penny King, Arizona.

They also have 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. One grandson is deceased.
