William “Art” and Lucille Maloney, Logansport, will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 7 at Grace Fellowship Church, 1701 E. Market St.
Lucille also is celebrating her 80th birthday. She was born on March 5, 1930.
Mr. Maloney and Lucille Baker were married March 3, 1950, in Market Street United Methodist Church by the Rev. Talley. Art is from Jeffersonville, and Lucille is from Logansport.
She is retired from WSAL, and he is retired from Exide Battery and Pastor of Grace Fellowship Church.
Their children are Bill Maloney and his wife, Fran, Barb Zimmerman and her husband, Jim, Miki Brown and her husband, Joe, all of Logansport, and Mike Maloney, Battle Creek, Mich. They also have nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
