Teresa Foust Moreland, 48, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Moreland was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs, $76.93 in restitution to H & H Burger Dairy and $115 in restitution to Marsh Supermarket. Probation to terminate once restitution paid.
James R. Gordon, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic violence, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gordon was sentenced to six months on in-home detention and six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs, undergo domestic violence counseling and have no contact with the victim. He received credit for 2.5 days.
John A. Davis, 36, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Davis was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $164 in costs.
Tony Bass Jr., 29, Galveston, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Bass was sentenced to 210 days in the Cass County Jail and 11 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $314 in costs, undergo domestic violence counseling and no contact with the victim. He received credit for 105 days.
Janet Jennings, 47, Logansport, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, pursuant to a plea agreement. Jennings was sentenced to two days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $264 and restitution to the Logansport-Cass County Public Library in an amount to be determined. She received credit for one day.
Corey Costello, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Costello was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail and 11 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 90 days. He received credit for 17 days.
Drekus M. Fitts, 30, Logansport, pleaded guilty to criminal confinement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Fitts was sentenced to three years in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $314 in costs and have no contact with the victim. He received credit for 183 days.

He was ordered to pay $514 in costs and $18 in restitution to the Old Style Inn. Once restitution is paid the conviction can be considered for possible A misdemeanor treatment. He received credit for 53 days.
Robert L. Roland III, 33, Elkhart, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of a dependent child, pursuant to a plea agreement. Roland was sentenced to three years in the Indiana Department of Correction. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and $17,574 in restitution. Work release may be considered.
Alton Moss, 36, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 10 years in Indiana Department of Correction on the original charges of dealing in cocaine and visiting a common nuisance. Probation was terminated. He received credit for 363 days.
