• Jason Harrison and Cambrie Kline, Twelve Mile, are the parents of a daughter, Payten Leeann Marie Harrison, born Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009. Maternal grandparents are Russ and Crystal Kline, Logansport. Paternal grandparents are Jack and Trudie Harrison, Twelve Mile.

Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Kathy Douglas, 50, Twelve Mile, violated her probation. The court reinstated 180 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance. She received credit for 21 days.

Tammy N. Ramer, 27, Peru, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Ramer was sentenced to one year on in-home detention and six months on probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs, restitution in an amount to be determined to the victim, and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 90 days.

Melissa Kresch, 40, Park Forest Park, Ill., pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Kresch was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail, 60 days on in-home detention, nine months on probation. She was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for one year. She received credit for one day.

Jeffrey Benish, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to residential entry, pursuant to a plea agreement. Benish was sentenced to 24 days in the Cass County Jail, and 18 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo domestic violence classes. He received credit for 12 days.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Jerome McKinney, 53, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. McKinney was sentenced to 14 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs. He received credit for seven days.

Jesus Salazar, 40, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, pursuant to a plea agreement. Salazar was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Kelly Odom, 46, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Odom was sentenced to four days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 90 days.

Eric C. Rober, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rober was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $364 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Eric C. Rober, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to seven days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $364.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 90 days. He received credit for three and a half days.

Deborah Pratt, 49, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Pratt was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail. She was ordered to pay $214 in costs. She received credit for five days.

Baltazar Francisco Lorenzo, 49, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lorenzo was sentenced to 150 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 60 days.

Robert Colon, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Colon was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 30 days.

Sebastian Hernandez, 32, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hernandez was sentenced to 150 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 59 days.
