• Andrew and Lisa Vanzee, Logansport, are the parents of a son, Colton Andrew Vanzee, born Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009. Maternal grandparents are Otie and Rosemary Kilmer, West Lafayette. • Megan Renee Miller and Andrew Jacob Ball, Monticello, are the parents of a daughter, Brookelynn Belle Ball, born Monday, Aug. 17, 2009. Maternal grandparents are Debbie Hall, Monticello, and Robert Miller, Logansport. Paternal grandparents are Vicki Ball, Monticello, and Jeff Ball, Yeoman.

• Nancy Verduzco and James Michael Williams, Monticello, are the parents of a son, Matthew James Verduzco-Williams. Maternal grandparent is Jesus Verduzco. Paternal grandparents are Joyce and Bob Kenworthy, and Mary Little.

Court records

Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Adam Van Camp, 28, Galveston, pleaded guilty to auto theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Camp was sentenced to one year in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $514 in costs, $12,000 in restitution to the victim, and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 100 days.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Reynaldo Martinez, 27, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Martinez was sentenced to 14 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for seven days.

Christopher Dixson, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .08 or more, pursuant to a plea agreement. Dixson was sentenced to probation for one year. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Craigh R. Rentfrow, 28, Idaville, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rentfrow was sentenced to 24 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 90 days. He received credit for 12 days.

Christopher Hardy, 33, Royal Center, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hardy was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

David E. Snowberger, 35, Sullivan, pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent child, pursuant to a plea agreement. Snowberger was sentenced to two years on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution to the victim. He received credit for 65 days.

Jason Carter, 35, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Carter was sentenced to five days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Brian K. Johnson, 44, Culver, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Johnson was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Daniel Luna, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Luna was sentenced to 52 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 26 days.

Rogelio Pedro, 38, Logansport, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Pedro was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 52 days.
