Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Dwight D. Inman, 33, Lafayette, violated his probation. The court ordered Inman to pay a $250 fine. His probation was terminated.

Adrian Siguelo Silguero, 36, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Silguero was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail and 180 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $514 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received five days of credit.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Joshua Mitchell, 21, Galveston, pleaded guilty to dealing marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Mitchell was sentenced to 384 days in the Cass County Jail and 163 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $614 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 192 days.

Radamez Alaniz, 24, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Alaniz was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Richard Utter, 36, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Utter was sentenced to 90 in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 45 days.

Inocencio O. Gamez, 25, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gamez was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs.

Charles D. Cain, 46, Logansport, pleased guilty to non-support of a dependent child, pursuant to a plea agreement. Cain was sentenced to six years in the Indiana Department of Correction. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received credit for 356 days.

William Boehme, 63, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Boehme was sentenced to 20 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 180 days.

Justin Weaver, 20, Walton, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Weaver was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Tara N. Dowler, 20, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to illegal consumption, pursuant to a plea agreement. Dowler was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

William Thomas, 50, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Thomas was ordered to pay $414 in costs.

Kham Saengmani, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to no license when required, pursuant to a plea agreement. Saengmani was ordered to pay $214.50 in costs.

Shelia Maloney, 36, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Maloney was sentenced to six months on probation. She was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Salvatore A. Corso, 25, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Corso was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs.

Deivin A. Montano, 21, Delphi, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Montano was ordered to pay $364.50 in costs.

Enrique Covarrubias Soto, 34, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Soto was ordered to pay $414 in costs.
