Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding) William Helvie, 48, Royal Center, pleaded guilty to dealing in marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Helvie was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $714 in costs.
