Summary of violations: One critical

Critical — A tray of raw eggs being stored beside the grill had an internal temperature of 72 degrees. Advised manager to dispose of these eggs and that all raw eggs should be stored in the cooler and have an internal temperature of 40 degrees. Corrected.

Critical — The employee at the dish machines was using a hand dip of sanitizer and a cloth towel for washing and drying her hands. One hour to correct.

Non-critical — Areas under the west end of the grill had a buildup of a greasy substance. One week to correct.
