Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

James M. Marshall, 34, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Marshall was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 60 days on in-home detention, and 295 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for a half of a day.

Brian Hatt, 23, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated nine months in the Cass County Jail, on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance. His probation is terminated.

Zakary Phillips, 31, Walton, violated his probation. The court reinstated nine months in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of residential entry. His probation was terminated. He received credit for 34 days.

Barry K. Webb, 50, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Webb was sentenced to 18 months in the Cass County Jail, one year on in-home detention, and six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for four years. He received credit for 22 days.

Shawnte T. Jones, 28, Peru, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Jones was sentenced to 60 days on in-home detention and 10 months on probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 180 day.

Kreshundra R. Casteal, 21, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Casteal was sentenced to 98 days in the Cass County Jail and one and half years on probation. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in the amount of $73.74 to Mr. Happy Burger East. He received credit for 49 days.

Michael Shaver, 46, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Shaver was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail and one and a half years on probation. He was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for 49 days.

James Turner, 28, Peru, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Turner was sentenced to 180 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received credit for four days.

Heidi R. Stinemetz, 26, Winamac, pleaded guilty to conversion, pursuant to a plea agreement. Stinemetz was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail She was ordered to pay $264 in costs. She received credit for five days.

Mark P. Okuly Jr., 30, Logansport, pleaded guilty to criminal recklessness, pursuant to a plea agreement. Okuly was sentenced to six months in-home detention and six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and restitution in amount of $2,538.66 to victim.

Adam Geisler, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, pursuant to a plea agreement. Geisler was sentenced to one and a half years on probation and 80 hours community service. He was ordered to pay $164 in court costs and restitution in an amount to be determined to the victim.

Nicole A. Osborn, 31, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Osborn was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 60 days in-home detention and 295 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs. Her license was suspended for one year. She received credit for a half of a day.

Kevin B. Phillips, 32, Galveston, violated his probation. The court reinstated 60 days on in-home detention on the original charge of resisting law enforcement. Probation was ordered to continue.

Jennifer Layne Ashbaugh, 40, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Ashbaugh was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 90 days in-home detention, and 265 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for one year. She received credit for one day.

Israel Shawn James, 36, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 531 days in the Cass County Jail on the original of possession of marijuana. He received credit for 15 days.
