by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009.

Rules:
1.) Locate the Big Blue 3 for the Money entry form in the newspaper each week. Write your chosen winner for the Indianapolis game and your two game choices on the official entry blank. Do not pick ties because the contest is based on winning teams. Online entry available. 2.) Entry forms will be in the Monday through Thursday editions of the Pharos-Tribune each week. 3.) No entries will be accepted unless on official entry forms. Entry forms made on copying machines will not be allowed. If entering on-line, fill out the entry blank and hit submit. No electronic entries will be accepted unless on official on-line entry form. 4.) Bring entries to the Pharos-Tribune office before 5 p.m. each Thursday or mail to the Pharos-Tribune (Box 210, Logansport, IN 46947. Attn: Football Contest) in which case they must be postmarked by Thursday. E-mail entries using official on-line entry form at www.pharostribune.com. All on-line forms must be submitted by 5 p.m. Thursdays. 5.)Weekly $25 prizes will be drawn from each week's correct entries. Winners will be announced in the following week’s Pharos-Tribune. 6.) A grand prize of $250 and a Big Blue Prize Package will be drawn from all weekly correct entries. 7.) All entries will be entered into the $100 runner-up drawing to be drawn at the conclusion of the contest. 8.) Anyone may enter, except newspaper employees and their immediate family. One entry per person per week. No purchase necessary to win. Entry forms available at the front counter of the Pharos-Tribune. 9.) First entry deadline will be Thursday, November 12 at week 10 of the 17 week season. Contest will end on Thursday, December 31 @ 5:00 p.m. 10.) Final winners will be announced on Thursday, January 7, 2010. 11.) All decisions by the Pharos-Tribune are final.
