Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Zachary Davidson, 24, Logansport, violated his in-home detention. The court reinstated 30 additional days on in-home detention, on the original charge of burglary.

Michael A. Tello, 25, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Tello was sentenced to 10 days in the Cass County Jail, 60 days on in-home detention, and 295 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for four days.

David Reeser, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to auto theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Reeser was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and 16 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in an amount to be determined to the victims. He received credit for 101 days.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Chris Michael Stryker, 20, Logansport, pleaded guilty to battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Stryker was sentenced to 74 days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 37 days.

Gary Wayne Rogers, 56, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rogers was sentenced to 60 days on in-home detention and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Jesus Avila Luna, 68, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Luna was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Carlos Cortez, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Cortez was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay 614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

John Richard Young, 54, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Young was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $364.50 in costs. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Frank E. Smith, 32, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Smith was sentenced to 74 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 37 days.

Refugio Sanchez, 28, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with an ace of .08 or more, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sanchez was sentenced to five days in the Cass County Jail and 50 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Carlos E. Skaggs, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Skaggs was sentenced to 30 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs. He received credit for 13 days.
