Aminda Gaspar-Mateo, 19, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gaspar-Mateo was sentenced to 62 days in the Cass County Jail and 303 days on probation. She was ordered to pay $264 in costs. She received credit for 31 days.
Chas Alexander, 26, Indianapolis, pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent child, pursuant to a plea agreement. Alexander was sentenced to one year on work release and two years on probation. He was ordered to pay $262 in costs and restitution in the amount of $14,934.51 to the victim.
Joseph Lee Conklin, 21, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 20 months in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of failure to return to lawful detention. Probation was terminated. He received credit for 106 days.
