Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Devin Hayden, 26, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated 22 days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of theft. Probation was ordered to continue. He received 11 days of credit.

Rea Hines, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to conversion, pursuant to a plea agreement. Hines was sentenced to 110 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received 55 days of credit.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Greg A. Taylor, 33, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Taylor was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Santos Rivera, 25, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rivera was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Franklin Gomez, 19, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gomez was sentenced to four days in the Cass County Jail and six months probation. He was ordered to pay $164.50 in court costs. He received two days of credit.

Jeffery M. Griffin, 23, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Griffin was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 180 days.

Melanie A. Lollar, 49, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lollar was sentenced to one year on probation. Matthew Gaumer, 26, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Gaumer was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

David Paul Busch, 36, Galveston, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Busch was sentenced to five days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $664.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 180 days.

Dustin Kiser, 21, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Kiser was sentenced to two days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $164.50 in court costs. His license was suspended for 90 days. He received one day of credit.
