Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)

Santos G. Romero, 35, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, pursuant to a plea agreement. Romero was sentenced to 44 days in the Cass County Jail and one and a half years on probation. He was ordered to pay $714 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received credit for 22 days.

Jonathan Albin, 29, Logansport, pleaded guilty to theft, pursuant to a plea agreement. Albin was sentenced to 42 days in the Cass County Jail, 180 days on in-home detention and 17 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs. He received credit for 26 days.

Steven E. Tincher, 35, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Tincher was sentenced to 60 days in Cass County Jail and 10 months on probation. He was ordered to pay $714.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for one year. He received credit for one day.

David Schmid, 55, Twelve Mile, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated endangering a person, pursuant to a plea agreement. Schmid was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license and registration were suspended for 90 days.

Narno A. Santos-Ochoa, 22, Logansport, violated his probation. The court reinstated six days in the Cass County Jail on the original charge of domestic battery. Probation was ordered to continue. He received credit for three days.

Jansee R. White Mitchell, 45, Lafayette, violated her probation. The court reinstated two years in the Department of Correction on the original charge of dealing in cocaine. Probation was terminated. She was ordered to pay $100 in costs. She received credit for 98 days.

Cass Superior Court II (Honorable Rick Maughmer presiding)

Jessica Moss, 22, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Moss was ordered to pay $414.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Armando Martinez, 42, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operator never licensed, pursuant to a plea agreement. Martinez was sentenced to six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $164.50 in court costs.

Tony C. Sherwood, 44, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Sherwood was sentenced to 180 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Eliseo Cruz Solis, 28, Kokomo, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Solis was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $614.50 and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Her license was suspended for 90 days.

Angel Melroy, 37, Logansport, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, pursuant to a plea agreement. Melroy was sentenced to one year on probation. She was ordered to pay $214.50 in costs. Her license was suspended for 180 days.

Steven M. Edge, 37, Logansport, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, pursuant to a plea agreement. Edge was sentenced to six months on probation. He was ordered to pay $214 in costs.

Steven M. Edge, 37, Logansport, violated his probation. The court ordered him to pay $479 in costs.

Deharte Edmondson, 39, Logansport, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Edmondson was sentenced to 90 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $164 in costs. He received credit for 35 days.

Travis R. Rottet, 35, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Rottet was sentenced to five days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $614.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 180 days.

Michael A. Cooke, 48, Logansport, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, pursuant to a plea agreement. Cooke was sentenced to one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $774.50 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. His license was suspended for 90 days.

Jason Beebout, 33, Logansport, pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent child, pursuant to a plea agreement. Beebout was sentenced to two years on in-home detention and six years on probation. He was ordered to pay $264 in costs and restitution in the amount of $22,479 to the victim.

Thomas Roseberry, 29, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, pursuant to a plea agreement. Roseberry was sentenced to six days in the Cass County Jail and one year on probation. He was ordered to pay $464 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. He received credit for three days.

Matthew Neff, 23, pleaded guilty to dealing in marijuana, pursuant to a plea agreement. Neff was sentenced to 90 days in the Cass County Jail. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Jeffery T. Perkins, 48, Logansport, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, pursuant to a plea agreement. Perkins was sentenced to 98 days in the Cass County Jail and 267 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $414 in costs, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and complete domestic violence classes. He received credit for 49 days.

Angela Mowery, 33, violated her probation. The court reinstated 180 days in the Cass County Jail and ordered her to pay $365 in costs. She received credit for three days.
