LHS Speech Team

LOGANSPORT — The Logansport High School speech team wrapped up its successful season at the State Speech Meet, held March 20 at Fishers High School.

Freshmen Luke Jackson and Jake Hawes advanced to semifinals in humor and discussion, respectively. This advancement placed them in the top 18 of their events.

More than 350 students, competing in a variety of the 16 offered events competed against the speakers who qualified for state from sectionals in their competitive categories.

Also competing for Logan were Maddie LaDow, Bryton Albright, Susie Cox, Berkley Conner, Clayton Stuart and Logan James.
