Dealer raises money for Fairview

The Logansport Mike Anderson Chrysler Dodge recently held a fundraiser for Fairview Elementary during a recent Picnic in the Park.

Chrysler donated $50 to the PTO expenses involved in hosting the event and an additional $5 for each test drive completed with a product questionnaire. Chrysler Town & Country minivans and other Chrysler family vehicles were provided for parents and friends to test drive and evaluate. Mike Anderson Chrysler Dodge supplied the vehicles, and volunteers from the dealership were on hand to assist in the fundraising activity.

“Drive for the Kids” was introduced by Chrysler in 1994. Since then, Chrysler dealers have worked with parents and educators to conduct thousands of fundraisers at schools across the nation. The events provide funding for student needs from playgrounds and field trips to reading programs and computers.
