Jessica Lynn Waggoner and Cody Alan Brandt, both of Royal Center, are planning to be married July 23, 2011.
Jessica is the daughter of Guy and Deb Waggoner, Logansport.
She is a 2006 high school graduate and is currently attending Ivy Tech pursuing a career in mental health counseling. She is employed at Total Electronics.
Cody is the son of Randy and Denise Brandt, Royal Center.
He is a 2006 graduate of Pioneer Junior-Senior High School and is employed at Norfolk Southern Railroad.
