Rachel Leann Shank and Phillip Patrick Budd, both of Winamac, are planning to be married June 5 outdoors at Tippecanoe River State Park in Winamac.
Rachel is the daughter of Ed and Tammy Shank, Winamac.
Phillip is the son of Charles Budd, El Paso, Texas, and Leanne Behny, Winamac.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Winamac Community High School. She is attending Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis majoring in psychology.
The groom-elect also is a graduate of Winamac Community High School attending Ivy Tech in Indianapolis majoring in computer systems information. He is also serving as a Lance Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
