If the hospital wants to increase patient satisfaction, they need to be able to quit airlifting most of the patients who have a heart attack or broken limbs.
And the new ambulance service hasn’t made things any better. It’s pretty bad when you hear people talking of an ambulance creeping down a street with emergency lights on and sirens blaring just to find out where they are. Logansport Memorial has been labeled as a band-aid hospital for too long! I believe the hospital spent more money on the parking garage than trying to get serious doctors.
