Cass County Fair by the numbers

1,500 — 4-H exhibits.

246 — Entries in the photography project — the largest non-livestock project at the fair.

$173,000 — Spent during the livestock auction in 2010.

$3,100 — Winning bid for the Cass County 4-H fair queen’s kiss last year.

18 — People who chipped in to buy the queen’s kiss last year.

500 — Elephant ears sold through Friday afternoon at the Indiana State Grange booth during this year’s fair.

1,000 — Record number of elephant ears sold by the Indiana State Grange booth during a single Cass County fair. The record was set in 2009.
