Cass Superior Court I (Honorable Thomas Perrone presiding)
Brett Michael Rush, 25, Logansport, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance and operating while intoxicated, pursuant to plea agreements. Rush was sentenced to 20 days in the Cass County Jail, 180 days on in-home detention and one year and 165 days on probation. He was ordered to pay $1,178.50 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. His one-year license suspension will start at the end of the current suspension. He received credit for four days.
Russell H. Smith, 29, Adrian, Mich., was found guilty of contempt of court from a civil case involving nonsupport of a dependent. Smith was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail.
Adrianne E. Swisher, 22, Logansport, violated her probation on the original charges of resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. The court reinstated 60 days in the Cass County Jail. Probation was terminated.
Gail Reynolds, 51, Logansport, pleaded guilty to conversion, pursuant to a plea agreement. Reynolds was sentenced to 60 days in the Cass County Jail and ordered to pay $164 in costs. She received credit for 30 days.
Donato Tullullo Ramos, 26, Twelve Mile, pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy, pursuant to a plea agreement. Ramos was sentenced to six months on probation and ordered to pay $164.
Jamie L. Mowery, 31, Logansport, violated probation on the original charges of nonsupport of a dependent child and dealing in cocaine. The court reinstated a total of four years in the Indiana Department of Correction, to be served consecutively to his other DOC time. Probation was terminated in both cases.
Sean Eugene Lundberg, 27, Galveston, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and resisting law enforcement, pursuant to a plea agreement. Lundberg was sentenced to 18 months in the Cass County Jail and ordered to pay $164 in costs. His license was suspended for life. He received credit for 213 days.
Paula Jane Murkve, 42, Logansport, pleaded guilty to maintaining a common nuisance, pursuant to a plea agreement. Murkve was sentenced to two days in the Cass County Jail. She was ordered to pay $164 in costs and undergo a drug/alcohol evaluation. She received credit for one day.
Amanda Moore, 27, Logansport, violated probation on the original charge of possession of controlled substance. The court reinstated one year in the Cass County Jail. Probation was terminated. She received credit for 23 days.
