LAFAYETTE —
For the fourth consecutive year Lafayette Central Catholic ended the season for a talented Pioneer football team. The Class A, No. 1 Knights jumped on Pioneer early, en route to a 38-7 victory over the Class A, No. 4 Panthers.
Defeating the 3-time defending Class A State Champion Knights would have been a difficult task for the Panthers on a good night, but Pioneer assisted Central Catholic with a dismal start.
