Charles V. Riewoldt, 61, Logansport, died at 10:20 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at his residence.
Born Jan. 16, 1951, in Logansport, he was the son of Richard F. Riewoldt and Nell Johnson. He was married March 14, 1975, in Cheyenne, Wyo., to Vickie L. Dix.
Charles was an attendant at the Logansport State Hospital. He had also worked at Alpha Industries and General Tire Company.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 60. Charles was a 1969 graduate of Pioneer High School. He was also a Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving are his wife, Vickie Riewoldt, Logansport; son, David Riewoldt and fiancée, Jessica Selig, Columbus; mother, Nell Riewoldt, Logansport; stepsister, Pat Arone, Logansport; sister, Patty Johnson and husband, Jim, Amboy; five grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Richard Frank Riewoldt.
There will be no services or visitation.
A celebration of life by family and friends will be held at 8 p.m. Friday at Logan’s Shooters Bar and Grill.
