LOGANSPORT —
Samuel J. Beebout, 53, of Logansport, passed away unexpectedly at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, in his residence.
Born April 18, 1959, in Logansport, he was the son of Charles L. and Erma L. Vore Beebout.
Sam attended Washington Township School and Woodlawn Center/Peak Community Services. He was employed for over 36 years in the workshop at Peak Community Services.
An avid NASCAR fan, Sam enjoyed bowling and hunting. He also enjoyed mowing lawns. Surviving are two brothers Roy (Cindy) Beebout, of Logansport, and Ronnie (Fern) Beebout, of Twelve Mile; three sisters, Rosalee Hall, Connie (John) Smith and Susan (Jack) Henry, all of Logansport; several nieces and nephews; and many great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Helen Spencer and Mable Beebout and Edith Razer; and three brothers, Jerry, Jess and Danny Joe. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Fisher Funeral Chapel with
Jeff Strite officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Deer Creek Cemetery, Onward. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and an hour before the service in the funeral chapel on Thursday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Peak Community Services, 1416 Woodlawn Ave., Logansport IN 46947. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
