James Robert Eugene Graham

WINAMAC — James Robert Eugene “Jim Bob” Graham, 34, a lifetime resident of Winamac, went home to be with the Lord at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis, after a long battle with congestive heart failure.

Jim Bob was born Sept. 13, 1978, in Winamac to Bob and Janet Graham. On March 3, 2007, Jim Bob married the light of his life, Ashley Cotner, she survives.

Jim Bob attended Pleasant Ridge Bible Church in Francesville. He was a 1998 graduate of Winamac Community High School and a 2000 graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute in Indianapolis.

Jim Bob enjoyed life to the fullest. He had worked as a mechanic, farmer, and self employed truck driver. He owned and operated Grahams Transport, Inc.

Jim Bob liked shooting clay pigeons and riding horses. Jim Bob loved spending time with his family, especially his niece and nephew. He was a loving husband, son and brother. Jim Bob will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife, Ashley Cotner Graham, Winamac, his parents Robert “Bob” and Janet Disinger Graham, Winamac, one brother Ryan (Diane) Graham, Winamac, grandmother Violet Disinger, Francesville, one nephew Andrew Graham, one niece Abigail Graham, three aunts Katie (Alan) Fritz, Winamac, Betty (Don) Stotler and Karen Speicher, both of Bloomington, two uncles Larry (Diane) Disinger, Francesville, and John Speicher, Winamac, father-in-law and mother-in-law Garry and Sharon Cotner, Winamac, brother-in-law Troy Cotner, Winamac, and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by Charles Richard Disinger, maternal grandfather, Dimp and Kathleen Waymire, paternal grandparents, Brian S. Speicher, cousin, Ricky S. Disinger, uncle, Guy Waymire, uncle, and Diana Disinger, aunt.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. (EST) Wednesday in Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel, Francesville, with Leonard Allen officiating.

Burial will take place in the Tippecanoe Cemetery, Winamac. Friends may call 3 to 8 p.m. (EST) Tuesday at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel.

Memorial Contributions may be given to the family.
