Dakota Ooms, 14, Logansport passed away on Jan. 15, 2013, at his home.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Frazier Funeral Home, Monon, with a prayer service at 7:30 pm.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family.
