MONTICELLO —
Charles L. Sims, 79, Monticello, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at the White Oak Health Campus, Monticello.
Celebration of Life Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Monticello Christian Church with Rev. Chris Dodson officiating. Military rites will be conducted immediately following the service at the church by the Honor Guard of the American Legion, VFW and AmVets Post, all of Monticello. A graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. at the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Monticello Christian Church, Monticello.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Monticello Christian Church, Northfield Community Church, Northfield, Ill., Bethel Community Church, Attica, or to Serenity Hospice, Fowler. Miller-Roscka Funeral Home, Monticello is in charge of arrangements.
