Reghan L. Nellans, 31, Mentone, died at 8:26 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at Woodlawn Hospital of Rochester.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Harrison Church Center, 965 S. 800 West, Etna Green, with Pastor Rob Vance officiating. Burial will be in Tippecanoe Cemetery, Tippecanoe.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at King Memorial Home, Mentone.
