Nathan J. Berry, 34, Logansport, passed away at 9:02 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, in Logansport Memorial Hospital.
The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ever-Rest Memorial Park Chapel, with the Rev. Tom DeFries officiating. Interment will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
Kroeger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
