Riley Joseph Hayden, 17, Logansport, passed away at 5:05 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, 2010, at Camelot Care Center.
Born June 1, 1992, in Lafayette, he was the son of Nanette Hayden Shaffer.
Riley had been a resident of Camelot Care Center since 1994. He had completed the 11th grade.
Surviving are his mother, Nanette (husband, Michael) Shaffer, Idaville; father, Gregory McIntch, Michigan; maternal grandmother, Patricia Ann Hayden, Monticello; brother, Ryan M. Hayden (fiancé, Kim Bilyeu), Idaville; stepbrothers, Jake Shaffer, Idaville, and Dustin Shaffer, Philadelphia, Pa.; stepsister, Lyndsay (husband, Michael) Mathews, Monticello; and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Hayden.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Roscka Funeral Home in Monticello.
Burial will be in Riverview IOOF Cemetery in Monticello.
Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kroeger Funeral Home in Logansport.
