Marian E. Honick, 93, died Friday evening at the Gables at Greencroft Healthcare.
She was born Feb. 5, 1919, in Logansport to James Elroy and Sarah (Shadle) Hay.
On May 9, 1943, she married William R. “Bob” Honick, in Logansport. He died in 2002.
Surviving is a son, Patrick (Susan) Honick, Bristol; and three grandsons, Christopher, Benjamin, and Daniel Honick.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, William Honick, Jr.; a grandson, David P. Honick; and a sister, Lois Swisher.
A graduate of Logansport High School, she was a homemaker and lifetime member at Crosswind United Methodist Church, Logansport.
Friends may visit 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday prior to a 4 p.m. funeral service at the Meeting House at Greencroft Healthcare, led by Pastoral Assistant Pamela Kling.
An 11 a.m. viewing and committal will be held Thursday at Mount Hope Cemetery Chapel, Logansport.
