ROCHESTER —
F. Eloise Fred, 89, Rochester, passed away in her residence at 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7, 2013.
Born on Nov. 4, 1923, in Fulton County, she was the daughter of the late Lawerance and Florence Diveley Rouch. On May 25, 1946, in Fulton, Eloise married Lavon H. Fred, who survives.
Mrs. Fred was a homemaker and a member of Fulton Baptist Temple.
Surviving along with her husband are three sons, William R. (Deborah) Fred, Rochester; Phillip (Barb) Fred, Mooresville; and David H. (Julie) Fred, Kewanna; one sister, Evelyn Kerby, Mishawaka; six
grandchildren, Scott (Lisa) Fred, Tara (Dan) Taylor, Chris (Brettany) Fred, Alex (Julie) Fred, James (Kourtney) Fred, and Eli Fred; three great-grandchildren, Megan Fred, Ashley Fred and Olivia Taylor.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, George “Bud” Rouch and Cyril Edgar Rouch; and one sister, Joan Elizabeth Rouch.
A celebration of life service will be 11 a.m. Friday in Fulton Baptist Temple, with Pastor Bruce Russell officiating.
A private burial will be in Salem Cemetery, near Fulton.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Fulton Baptist Temple.
Memorials may be made to Hope Hospice.
