Jean M. Zook Perkins, 88, formerly of Bringhurst, died at 4:20 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at Mulberry Health & Retirement Center.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora, with the Rev. Larry DeVos officiating.
