Corrinne Horn, 88, Walton, passed away at 10:48 p.m. Sunday, Feb, 3, 2013, at Caring Hands Health Care Center, Peru.
She was born Sept. 23, 1924, in Cuba, Mo. to the late Hugh and Marie (Wilson) McWilliams. On Dec. 29, 1944, in Portland, Ore. she married Estus Horn, he preceded her in death on July 11, 1980.
Corrinne had worked as an executive secretary for many years and also was a homemaker. She attended Wheatland Avenue United Methodist Church in Logansport. At the church she did teach Sunday school and was the past organist. She also served on the Library board in Walton for many years. She was an accomplished seamstress who made her own clothing as well as for her family.
Surviving is her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia A. and Larry L. Isenburg, Peru, five grandchildren, Juliane and Chad Boldry, Eric and Abby Isenburg, Adam Isenburg, Elizabeth and David Iverson, Jacob and Elizabeth Isenburg. Also surviving are 12 great-grandchildren, a brother and sister-in-law, Keith and Marjorie McWilliams, Ballwin, Mo., and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Thelma McWilliams.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Murray Weaver Funeral Home, Galveston, with Pastor Jerry Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Galveston Cemetery.
