OCALA, Fla. —
Ellen E. Lindsley, 92, Ocala, Fla., formerly Logansport, passed away at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013, in Estelle’s House at the Hospice of Marion County, Ocala, Fla.
Born June 15, 1920, in Cloquet, Minn., she was the daughter of the late Henry and Ida Matteson Perth. On March 29, 1941, in Mexico, N.Y., she was married to Ray Lindsley who preceded her in death May 13, 2002. A homemaker, Ellen had been a member of the First Assembly of God in Logansport.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Edward C. and Nancy Lindsley, Ocala, Fla.; four grandchildren, Mark Lindsley, Christie Barrett, Lance Lindsley and Scott Lindsley; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Fisher Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ken Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Ever-Rest Memorial Park Cemetery, Logansport.
