Brian Jay Smith, 49, Peru, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, in his residence.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Miami County 4-H Fairgrounds Community Building. Burial will be in the Galveston Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 8 p.m. Thursday at the fairgrounds community building.
Arrangements were handled by Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, Peru.
