LUCERNE —
Patricia “Pat” A. Harness, 80, Lucerne, passed away Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.
Born Dec. 15, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Don Bernard and Kathryn Evadue Randolph McCloskey. On Nov. 15, 1953 in Young America, she was married to Richard Segraves Harness, who preceded in death Dec. 11, 1995.
Patricia was a homemaker. She was also a graduate of Young America High School and a member of Metea Baptist Church. She enjoyed euchre, sewing, flowers, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda (Kevin) Balensiefer, Clymers, and Karen (Steve) Nicoll, Lucerne; one son, Jim (Cinda) Harness, Lucerne; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Patricia was preceded in death by one son, Richard Macs Harness, and one grandson, Aaren Nicoll.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Cordes officiating. Burial will be in Galveston Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, also in the Funeral Home.
