Robert L. Smith, 62, Logansport, passed away at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Hospital East, Lafayette.
Born on Aug. 9, 1950, in Tacoma, Canada, he was the son of the late Norman Bradstock and Rosie Smith.
Robert was a mechanic for Pat’s Auto Transmission for 30 years.
Survivors include sons Ryan (Crystal) Smith, Joe Bingle, and Ron Smith, all of Logansport, brothers Wesley Burris, Kevin Burris, and Benny Burris, all of Terre Haute, sister, Debbie Burris, Tennessee, and grandchildren Kalvin, Shantel, Dominic and Shiane.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, one brother and one grandchild.
Services will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Marocco–Rans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services with visitation one hour prior to the service.
