NOBLESVILLE —
Jesse Wilson, 82, Noblesville, raised in Carroll County, passed away at 12 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Maple Park Village, Westfield.
Mr. Wilson was born on March 22, 1930, in Carroll County, to the late Homer and Mildred (Wise) Wilson.
He was a 1949 graduate of Delphi High School. He married Carol Temple on May 14, 1950, in Jefferson Township.
Mr. Wilson served with the Navy Seabees from 1951-1955, during the Korean Conflict.
He worked for over 50 years with Fauber Construction as a construction supervisor. He was a member of the operating engineers Local 123 in Terre Haute.
Along with his wife, Carol, Noblesville, he is survived by daughters Kristi Cody (Michael), Noblesville, Jana Calhoun (David), Murphysboro, Ill., son, Michael J. Wilson (Melanie), Boston, Mass., brother, Walter Wilson (Freda), Colorado Springs, Colo., seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi, with Pastor Nord Zootman officiating. Burial will be at Seceder Cemetery, Adams Township, Carroll County.
Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home.
