Jeffrey Mark Hayes

FLORA — Jeffrey Mark Hayes, 51, Flora, died at 10:16 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, in Lafayette.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in Baker Funeral Home, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday with Pastor Dan Herendeen officiating.

Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery.
