Oddie RC Harris, 69, Logansport, passed away at 1:24 a.m. Thursday at his residence.
Born June 27, 1940, in Franklin County, Ala., he was the son of Levi and Lowie (Smelly) Harris. He was married June 6, 1965, in Winamac, to Judy Kay Lincoln, who survives.
Oddie was a self-employed motor transport escort. He especially enjoyed fishing.
Surviving are one daughter, Tina Marie (husband, James) Valentine, Haleyville, Ala.; grandchildren, Chad Dickinson, Kayla Marie Mann and Ashley Nicole Valentine; great-grandchildren, Larry Ray Morland and Tammy Arlene Gipson, as well as two other great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Tammy Kay Dickinson; two brothers; and two sisters.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Kroeger Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Lipps officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
