DELPHI — Ruth M. Collett Cottrell, 89, Delphi, died at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009 at her daughter’s home.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Abbott Funeral Home, where services will be at 10 a.m. Friday with Pastor Brent Oliver officiating.
Burial will be in Zion Citizens Cemetery, rural Carroll County.
Memorials may be made to the family.
