ROCHESTER — Jerry DeVane Blanchard, 65, Rochester, died at 2:18 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, in Center for Hospice & Palliative Care, South Bend.
Friends may call at 10 a.m. Monday in Good Family Funeral Home where services will be at 11 a.m. with Pastor Larry Dodge officiating.
Military rites will be conducted by the LeRoy Shelton American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Burial will take place at a later date in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Church of God.
