MONTICELLO — Leslie C. “Chuck” Ake, 56, Monticello, passed away at 5:53 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at his residence in Monticello.
Friends may call from noon until the 2 p.m. service on Tuesday at the Lockport Church in rural Carroll County.
Pastor Nord Zootman of the Lockport Church in Lockport will officiate. Burial will be in Hughes Cemetery in rural Monticello.
Miller-Roscka Funeral Home in Monticello is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Servant’s Heart Home Health Services. Envelopes will be available at the church.
