MONTICELLO — Services for Leslie C. “Chuck” Ake, 56, Monticello, will be at 2 p.m. today in Lockport Church, rural Carroll County.
He died at 5:53 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, in his residence.
Pastor Nord Zootman will officiate at the services. Burial, with full military rites by the Honor Guard of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and AmVets posts, all of Monticello, will be in Hughes Cemetery, rural Monticello.
Friends may call from noon until time of services today at the church.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Servant’s Heart Home Health Services. Envelopes will be available at the church.
Miller-Roscka Funeral Home in Monticello is in charge of arrangements.
