Theresa Gail Wallace, 51, Logansport, passed away at 12:52 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2011, in Seton Speciality Hospital, Lafayette.
Born May 16, 1959, in Huntsville, Texas, she was the daughter of Teddy and Yvon Grall Gooch. Her parents survive in Texas.
On July 28, 1978, in Killeen, Texas, she was married to Damon A. Wallace, who preceded her in death Nov. 4, 2009.
Theresa enjoyed reading, crocheting and spending time with her grandkids.
Also surviving are daughter, Brandie Wallace and her partner, Bobby Perkins and their daughter, Brayleigh, Indianapolis; son, Damon A. Wallace Jr. and his children, Matthew, Cody, Kyle and Lily Wallace, Logansport; son, Stephen Gormley, Texas; three brothers, all residing in Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years and a daughter, Tiffany Ann Wallace.
There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be private.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Fisher Funeral Chapel.
