ROCHESTER —
Charles Norman Miller, 83, Rochester. passed away at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, at his residence.
A celebration service will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Thad Stewart officiating.
Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service on Friday in the funeral home. Military rites will be conducted by Fulton County Honor Guard and the Scott Air Force Base Honor Guard.
