LOGANSPORT —
Elizabeth Wilkinson, 78, Logansport, passed away at 2:55 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at her residence.
She was born in Camden, N.J., on Feb. 14, 1934, to the late Edgar and Katherine (Tustin) Kanagie.
Elizabeth received her masters of divinity from the Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary. As an ordained pastor, she ministered at Burnettsville First Baptist Church from June of 1982 until March of 1989.
Her survivors include one son, Edward Wilkinson of Logansport; a cousin, Ellen Egbert of Leesberg, N.J.; two grandchildren, Amber Beth Wilkinson and Nolan Edward Wilkinson; and two great-grandchildren, Mikayla Rosabeth Howell and Andrea Leeuna Blevins.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Burnettsville Baptist Church with Pastor Paul Scott officiating. Inurnment, at a later date, will be in New Jersey.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the time of services in the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Burnettsville First Baptist Church, 202 South Main St., Burnettsville, IN 47926.
