Police Reports
Friday
10:30 a.m. — Theft, 2500 block of East Market. A man reported theft of scrap metal from a job site. Logansport Police Department.
11:43 a.m. — Attempted burglary, 400 block of East Main Street. A man reported damage to his back door. LPD.
12:22 p.m. — Theft, 100 block of 10th Street. A man reported decorative swords were taken from his home. LPD.
1:32 p.m. — Theft. A 12-year-old juvenile was arrested for theft of money while at Columbia Middle School. LPD.
4:26 p.m. — Vehicle crash, 2600 block of East Market. Two vehicles were involved in a personal injury vehicle crash. No citations were issued and no additional information was provided. LPD.
Saturday
10:05 a.m. — Theft, 900 block of West Miami. A woman reported the theft of a digital camera from inside her residence. LPD.
Sunday
8:26 a.m. — Theft, 400 block of Bartlett Street. Someone reported that an unknown person entered their vehicles, removing a radio from one of them. LPD.
1:24 p.m. — Damage to property, 200 block of Eel River Avenue. A woman reported damage along the sidewalk and some recently planted trees. LPD.
3:15 p.m. — Fraud, 3300 block of Maplewood Drive. A man reported a computer fraud scam cost him $200 and his computer was still locked up. LPD.
5:45 p.m. — Arrest. Joshua Ryan Wesselman, 27, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. LPD.
5:55 p.m. — Arrest. Elijah Leon Jones, 23, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. LPD.
6 p.m. — Arrest. Courtney Marie Todd, 22, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of child neglect. LPD.
6:01 p.m. — Theft, 3800 East Market Street. A woman reported someone stole $180 in cash from her purse at Bob Evans. LPD.
8:29 p.m. — Theft, 700 block of High Street. A man reported someone stole his blue 2008 mo-ped from his front yard. LPD.
10:15 p.m. — Michael Raymond Murray, 27, Logansport, was arrested on charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and interfering with emergency communications.
11:09 p.m. — Damon Andrew Wallace, 28, Indianapolis, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
