Police blotter, Sunday, March 17, 2013

Thursday

11:39 p.m. — Burglary. 300 block of Water Street. A man reported the theft of wire. Logansport Police Department.

5:03 p.m. — Arrest. Nicholas Nicholas Nicholas, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of two counts of felony battery on a juvenile. LPD.

Friday

11:13 a.m. — Arrest. Michael A. Tello, 30, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of a probation violation. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

12:16 p.m. — Arrest. Jeffery Maurice Brown, 43, Indianapolis, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

12:45 p.m. — Arrest. Garrett Wayne Mock, 22, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. CCSD.

4:57 p.m. —  Arrest. Thomas Matthew Dechon, 62, Logansport, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and public intoxication. LPD.

6 p.m. — Arrest. James Michael Brewer, 43, Logansport, was arrested on court order. CCSD.

Saturday

1:25 a.m. — Arrest. Scott Douglas McManus, 32, Logansport, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant. LPD.

3:04 a.m. — Arrest. Robert Jason Bennet, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.

12:27 p.m. — Arrest. Gumaro Montes, 28, Logansport,

was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. LPD.
